Hi, my name is Owen Golden, Jr. Thank you for your interest in my practice. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, earning my Master of Social Work degree from Arizona State University. Over the past 40 years in my current practice, I have dedicated myself to helping individuals, couples, and families thrive by bringing a unique blend of deep experience, compassion, and respect to every session.

I have extensive experience in treating a wide range of mental health and emotional challenges, including:

Mood & Stress: Anxiety, panic disorders, depression, and mood disorders.
Healing & Growth: Trauma, PTSD, grief, loss, and difficult life transitions.
Relationships & Identity: Family conflicts, self-esteem, and identity concerns.
Support Systems: Chronic illness coping mechanisms and caregiver support.

Away from work, I enjoy time with family and friends, travel and playing pickleball.
